Insurance Technology Company in San Mateo is seeking a Senior Account Executive Lead to own and build the client servicing function from the ground up. You will manage mid-market commercial accounts, guide renewals and COIs, and partner with engineering to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows.

This leadership role requires 7+ years in commercial P&C servicing, proven ability to create processes and playbooks, and a track record of mentoring teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of commercial P&C servicing experience.
• Experience managing mid-market commercial accounts.
• Experience in construction, real estate, or manufacturing sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Own ongoing relationships with mid-market commercial accounts.
• Manage renewals, COIs, endorsements, compliance questions, and day-to-day servicing.
• Support producers during sales-to-onboarding transition.
• Partner with engineering to identify servicing workflows improved by AI and automation.
• Build servicing standards, processes, and playbooks from scratch.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend product improvements.
• Help scale the client book as the company grows.
• Hire, mentor, and eventually lead additional account executives.
