Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a virtual-based Senior Account Executive to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms. The role emphasizes lead generation, client development, and maintaining strong relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to contract, with a focus on expanding the client base and achieving aggressive revenue targets. The position offers remote work and substantial earning potential through OTE.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Leads and grows sales territory in line with company goals.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads and grow current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Maintain sales materials and conduct direct marketing.
• Manage cases with customer service, report progress, and improve client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on products and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events and networking activities.
• Present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
• Present sales contracts and provide product training.
• Maintain sales activity records and reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure client relationships and customer service satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with selling Court Reporting services to law firms
• Demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced business environment is desired.
• Provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth of sales territory in line with company vision and values.
• Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients.
• Must have strong rolodex with the law firms within your territory.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads, as well as, grow current book of business organically
