Job Opportunity: Virtual Account Executive (Legal Sector)

Are you experienced in selling Court Reporting services to law firms and possess a solid contact list? If so, this opportunity is for you.

Our client is seeking virtual-based Account Executives at all levels across multiple cities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in selling Court Reporting services to law firms, with an extensive contact list.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing services within the legal community, demonstrating success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to maximize profitability and sales growth aligned with company vision and values.
  • Ability to develop plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to training and educational programs for clients.
  • Strong rolodex with law firms within your territory is essential.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads; grow existing business organically.
  • Develop client referrals and maintain a customer database.
  • Manage sales and promotional materials; plan and execute direct marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with customer service to manage cases, report progress, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  • Analyze competitors to stay informed about market pricing, products, and services.
  • Attend educational, trade, and networking events.
  • Present company products and services to current and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate sales and develop proposals.
  • Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or in person.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.
  • Follow up on sales activities.

Compensation: OTE $200,000
