Job Opportunity: Account Executive (Virtual)

Our client is seeking virtual-based Account Executives at all levels across multiple cities.

Requirements:
  • Experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms and a strong contact list (rolodex).
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal community, with demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership in achieving maximum profitability and growth within the sales territory, aligned with company vision and values.
  • Ability to develop plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to training and educational programs for clients.
  • Strong existing relationships with law firms within your territory.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Generate and qualify leads, and grow the current book of business organically.
  2. Source and develop client referrals.
  3. Develop and maintain a customer database.
  4. Manage sales & promotional materials; plan & conduct direct marketing activities.
  5. Work closely with customer service to manage cases, report progress, and enhance client satisfaction.
  6. Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
  7. Analyze competitors to stay aware of market pricing, products, and services.
  8. Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  9. Present company products and services to current and potential clients.
  10. Negotiate with clients and develop sales proposals.
  11. Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
  12. Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
  13. Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  14. Ensure customer satisfaction and foster good client relationships.
  15. Follow up on sales activities.
  16. OTE $200,000
