Job Opportunity: Virtual Account Executive - Court Reporting
Our client is seeking virtual-based Account Executives at all levels in multiple cities.
Requirements:
- Experience selling Court Reporting services to law firms and a strong contact list (rolodex).
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing services to the legal community, with demonstrated success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills to maximize profitability and sales growth aligned with company vision and values.
- Ability to develop plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to training and educational programs for clients.
- Strong existing contacts within law firms in your territory.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads; grow current book of business organically.
- Develop and maintain client referrals and a customer database.
- Manage sales and promotional materials; plan and conduct marketing activities.
- Work closely with customer service to manage cases, report progress, and recommend improvements for client satisfaction.
- Perform quality checks on products and services.
- Analyze competitors to stay informed on market pricing, products, and services.
- Attend educational, trade, and networking events.
- Present company products and services to current and potential clients.
- Negotiate sales and develop proposals.
- Present sales contracts and conduct product training.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on sales activities.
Compensation: OTE $200,000
