Position Details

This position is open to remote employees in the Chicago area, with the flexibility to work from home full-time. You will have support from your manager and regular video meetings to stay connected. If you visit a Center of Energy, you can work from our office spaces to collaborate with your team.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with IT personnel and stakeholders to understand customer needs.
  • Use a solution sales approach to create value and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Implement IT performance monitoring and SaaS-based enterprise solutions.
  • Identify and close opportunities across sales cycles.
  • Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
  • Drive growth by closing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Maintain detailed records in Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
What You'll Need
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Proven success exceeding $1M+ ARR SaaS sales quotas or equivalent.
  • Ability to articulate complex technologies clearly.
  • Strong relationships with C-level executives.
  • Success in closing new accounts and managing existing ones.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology (preferred).

Salary Range

The base salary range for this role is $150,000—$165,000 USD.
