Smart Tech Contracting is seeking an Account Executive – Critical Infrastructure to own revenue growth for hyperscale and colocation data-center automation projects. You will drive the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close, interfacing with estimating, engineering, operations, and project management to align customer needs with STC’s capabilities.

The role requires strong commercial instincts, autonomy, and the ability to operate at speed in a fast-moving environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 8+ years enterprise or construction tech sales experience.
• Proven success closing multi-million-dollar deals in critical infrastructure markets.
• Strong negotiation and contract structuring skills.

Mansioni

• Own revenue generation for mission-critical BAS, SCADA, OT network, and central plant integration scopes.
• Develop and execute account strategies for hyperscale and colocation data center clients.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through contract negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and revenue forecasting.
