- Oversee the entire sold case implementation process
- Lead the renewal process, exploring plan enhancements and revenue opportunities
- Maintain detailed records of service activities and renewal outcomes in the organization's CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5-10 years of account management or service experience within a carrier or brokerage organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health) and leave management
- Active life, accident, and health license
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
