What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary contact for large group clients, managing day-to-day interactions with brokers
- Utilize expertise in ancillary benefits and leave management to address service inquiries and advocate for client needs
- Oversee the sold case implementation process from start to finish
- Drive the renewal process, identifying enhancement opportunities to maximize revenue
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and outcomes in the organization's CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5-10 years of experience in account management or service within a carrier or brokerage organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health) and leave management
- Active life, accident, and health license
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
