About SPG Ancillary, a division of Specialty Program Group: SPG Ancillary, a subsidiary of HUB International, aims to solve problems, improve experiences, and produce results for brokers, carriers, and benefits technology partners. We focus on innovation, collaboration, and empowerment to achieve results. Our expertise includes dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health, as well as leave management. The organization comprises four teams: marketing, client service, leave solutions, and operations, supporting various functions from account support to compliance.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ancillary products, leave management, and experience in carrier or brokerage account management. They will coordinate large case services with marketing, manage ongoing accounts, renewals, and case implementations. Attention to detail and prioritization are essential.

Work Details: This is a fully remote position within your local time zone, with optional access to a local office.
Salary Range: $175,000 - $220,000, influenced by skills, experience, location, and business specifics. Benefits include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, 401(k), paid time off, bonuses, equity, and commissions.
