TVM is a fast-growing AdTech company that offers premium digital media space across a national network of screens inside bar and restaurant venues. As a leading digital media platform delivering over 3 billion monthly impressions, TVM is well-positioned to partner with leading brands who are looking for increased visibility and engagement in a social, high-dwell environment.

About the Role

TVM is looking for a driven and passionate sales professional with a digital or OOH media sales background. Must be a self-starter who is eager to evangelize the TVM brand and dominate the Digital OOH media landscape, over-deliver on sales targets, be adaptable and flexible when selling multiple networks, and proactively reach out to direct brands, agencies and programmatic trading desks. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies, tactics and sales presentations to sell TVM’s DOOH network
  • Develop relationships with brands and agency teams (buying, planning and strategy)
  • Continuously prospect for new leads
  • Exceed monthly goals by converting leads into qualified customers and won deals
  • Cultivate a pipeline of sales opportunities through consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Create plans and strategies for developing business and achieving sales quotas
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs and networking events

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 + years sales experience in client-facing role
  • A record of success within a media sales team
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time & workload effectively
  • Self-starter and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Discipline to maintain high outbound sales activity
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Energetic, relationship-builder with a positive attitude and the desire to work hard

Salary Range: $120,000-$150,000 USD

*Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
