Position Summary

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across the Americas, including North and South America.

This role requires a high-performing sales professional with broad enterprise sales expertise and a strategic approach to developing opportunities within mining and construction channels. You will expand our regional footprint, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

This is a 100% remote position. Fluency in English is required, along with proficiency in Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese to effectively engage with our diverse customer base.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Meet sales and operational targets within deadlines.
  • Adapt sales strategies to regional markets.
  • Report to the Global Head of Sales on regional sales, KPI tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Promote and ensure proper use of CRM and sales applications.
  • Support product launches, development, and market upskilling.
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate on sales initiatives with other teams.
  • Train and ensure adherence to sales processes.
  • Identify new customers and sales opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Communicate the company's value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations, including education and training.
  • Understand industry trends and report on factors influencing budgets and strategic directions.
  • Work within a high-performing, cross-functional team to meet sales targets and company goals.
Ideal Candidate Considerations
  • Experience handling high-value SaaS deals (above US$200K) with sales cycles of 9+ months.
  • Strategic approach to closing complex SaaS deals, from prospecting to closing, including pipeline management.
  • At least 7+ years in senior SaaS sales roles selling to large enterprise organizations.
  • Proven quota attainment of US$1.2M+ with average deal sizes above US$200K.
  • Active engagement with BDR roles and experience in new logo acquisition.
  • Proficiency in multi-channel prospecting, including LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong executive presence to sell into large enterprises and navigate complex sales processes.
  • Ability to share past sales performance data over the last 4–5 years.
  • Adaptability to fast-moving environments with evolving processes.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred for engaging across the Americas.
