Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify potential leads and prospects with an end user focus.
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and service.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within client companies.
• Create, design, estimate and present proposals for all systems offerings including inspections, service, maintenance, and installation.
• Procurement and management of labor, materials, and technology resources.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Assist with project close-out: punch list, final billing, collections.
• Provide customer follow up and support.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
