• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.

Physical Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. of materials at times
• Ability to respond to phone calls, emails and/or text messages
• Ability to have prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to walk distances and climb stairs for occasional site visits
