Job summary

CAC Group, part of The Baldwin Group, is seeking a Senior Account Executive for its Power & Renewables practice. The role manages a service team, leads renewal meetings, and analyzes client data to optimize insurance placements for energy clients.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of energy insurance experience, and a state license. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential. Remote work with a national client base is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of energy commercial insurance experience required.
• State-specific license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a service team with a defined book of business, specializing in insurance placements for power and renewable energy clients.
• Assist with renewal meetings to present results to established client contacts; participate in client meetings and lead when necessary.
• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; submit complete renewal submissions and analyze quotes for accuracy.
