Job summary

CAC, part of The Baldwin Group, is a leading insurance broker and advisor providing expertise and placement across insurance and capital markets. We seek an experienced Senior Account Manager to blend internal delivery with client-facing duties and oversee renewal processes for Middle Market accounts.

Key responsibilities include coordinating renewals, preparing proposals, handling premium financing steps, and ensuring accuracy in policy records while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ability to train junior team members in the role.
• Independent decision‑making authority with proactive workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Blend internal delivery activities and client-facing functions on Middle Market accounts with guidance from Senior Account Executives or Team Leads.
• Act as backup for Senior Account Manager responsibilities.
• Service all aspects of renewal process, new business preparation, and ongoing needs for clients and prospects.
• Coordinate renewal process: gather information, organize strategy meetings, and collect materials from underwriters.
• Create proposals with quote analysis, marketing summary, coverage, and financial comparisons for distribution to executives and underwriters.
• Ensure timely processing of premium financing needs, quotes, binding, and invoices in EPIC.
