Job summary

The Baldwin Group, CAC division, seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead the Power & Renewables team and oversee insurance placements for energy clients. You will manage client relationships and guide service workflows within the practice.

You will renew submissions, analyze quotes, and present results to client contacts, with a focus on accuracy and effective client communication. Licensing and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of energy commercial insurance experience required
• State license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher)
• Professional appearance and strong customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead a service team with a defined book, specializing in energy insurance placements
• Assist renewal meetings to present results to established client contacts
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary
• Understand complex financial analysis and claims data
• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions
• Create client presentations including quotes, spreadsheets, contracts and internal marketing materials
• Submit sold business to insurance markets and oversee implementation
• Review documents issued by insurance companies for accuracy and coordinate revisions
• Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow
• Other duties as assigned

The Senior Account Executive will manage a Power & Renewables team and the marketing & service processes within the practice.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead a service team with a defined book of business, specializing in insurance placements for power and renewable energy clients
• Assist with renewal meetings to present results to established client contacts
• Participate in client meetings and lead when necessary
• Understand complex financial analysis and claims data
• Participate as needed in Prospect presentation meetings
• Prepare renewal submissions for marketing; send and process complete renewal submissions
• Analyze quotes for accuracy and prepare spreadsheet of all quotes received
• Assist in data analysis to determine program structure options
• Create client presentation including quotes, spreadsheet, contract comparison and other internal marketing materials
• Submit sold business to insurance market and oversee implementation process
• Review documents issued by insurance company for accuracy. Submit incorrect documents to insurance companies for revision.
• Assist in supervising support staff to help manage workflow
• Other duties as assigned

Salary

$200k salary range plus bonus opportunity and benefits. This information reflects the anticipated range for this position. Actual salary may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
