Job summary

Bader Rutter is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Milwaukee, WI. You will lead client engagements, collaborate with BR teams, manage budgets, and drive projects from strategy to execution to deliver measurable results.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years of agency experience, strong communication skills, and agriculture industry exposure. Travel is expected, and a comprehensive benefits package accompanies base pay.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business or a related field.
• You bring 4–7 years of relevant agency or client-service experience.
• Experience in agriculture is preferred, especially livestock.
• You demonstrate strong written, verbal and nonverbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage creative approvals and client communications.
• Coordinate calls, demos and meetings; prepare agendas.
• Monitor project budgets; approve invoices and allocations.
• Oversee client budgets (yearly, quarterly, project-based).
• Bridge client challenges with BR solutions.
• Represent BR at client and industry events.
• Interact with client marketers, sales reps and end users.
• Assist account leads with team priorities and direction.
• Conduct competitive audits; track messaging and spend.
• Develop a proactive personal learning plan for client industries.
