Job summary

Brighterway builds AI-native claims software and administration for casualty claims, starting with workers' compensation. The senior leader will build and run the claims operation behind Brighterway's offering, hiring and managing adjusters and shaping platform capabilities in collaboration with engineering.

You will own customer relationships, set quality standards, represent Brighterway with customers, brokers and regulators on claims matters, and drive weekly production releases focused on

Qualifications

• 8+ years in workers' compensation claims with at least 3 years managing adjusters.
• Track record running a claims unit at a TPA, carrier or large self-insured employer.
• Ability to read loss runs and dashboards fluently.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and run the claims team: staffing models, caseload standards, quality audits, escalation paths.
• Lead program transitions: file transfer, data mapping, reserve review, customer communication.
• Represent Brighterway with customers, brokers and regulators on claims matters.
