Job summary

YouGov Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Account Director to drive US market sales growth through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. You will lead a team of Account Managers, manage client engagements, and craft growth strategies with a focus on data products and tailored solutions.

You will engage with C-suite clients, collaborate with research teams, and work to expand business opportunities across brands and sectors in a fully remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Proven track record managing portfolios with $7M+ in business.
• Success in upselling and cross-selling data products and services.
• Experience engaging with C-suite executives.
• Experience supervising a small team of Account Managers.
• Proficient in managing sales pipelines with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proven ability to own and grow existing business to at least $7M.
• Strong understanding of data products and upsell opportunities.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Account Management team to achieve US market sales targets.
• Drive account renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to grow portfolio value year over year.
• Serve as the primary client contact, analyze challenges, propose solutions, and negotiate deals.
• Develop account growth strategies and contribute to strategic targeting of brands for campaigns.
• Collaborate with research teams to deliver exceptional client service.
