Creator Authority, a Billion Dollar Boy company, is a LinkedIn-first creator marketing agency for B2B brands. We are hiring a Senior Account Director to own our LinkedIn relationship and creator programs, shaping strategy and doing the work: briefs, creator casting, timelines, reporting and the client call on Monday morning.

The role oversees client leadership, program delivery, budgets and operations, and requires 6+ years in agency account management, hands-on experience with creator programs,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in agency account management or B2B marketing.
• 2+ years leading senior client relationships.
• Hands-on experience running creator, influencer, social or executive thought-leadership programs.
• LinkedIn experience strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial skills: scoping, budgeting, negotiating creator fees and contract terms.
• Excellent written communication and ability to handle ambiguity on a fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day account management across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders and manage expectations, scope and change requests.
• Translate client asks into clear plans: scope, timelines, staffing, budget and success metrics.
• Lead status meetings, QBRs and program reviews; write recaps stakeholders read.
• Run LinkedIn-first creator programs end to end: strategy, creator identification and casting, outreach, contracting, content review, publishing and reporting.
• Direct and develop account managers and executives; collaborate across teams to bring global capabilities to the account.
