Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management at an agency or brand.
• Experience managing end-to-end creator or social campaigns.
• Strong B2B or LinkedIn experience preferred.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple clients and campaigns without dropping details.
• Confident negotiator with knowledge of creator contracts, usage and exclusivity.
• Strong writing and communication skills; proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of B2B brands, typically software and AI.
• Build trusted relationships with mid and senior level clients; manage expectations and risks.
• Lead client reporting and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Run campaigns end to end: creator identification, outreach, casting, contracting, briefing, content review, publishing and reporting.
• Cast credible creators for a professional audience: operators, founders, executives, practitioners.
• Write clear creator briefs and secure client and legal sign-off.
• Review content against brief, brand guidelines and disclosure rules; manage revisions.
• Own content calendars and timelines; plan for delays.
• Build post-campaign reports with data, analysis and recommendations.
• Manage campaign budgets, creator fees and reconciliation; ensure contracts are approved.
• Mentor account executives and keep leadership updated on status and risks.
