Job summary

Lessen, a tech-enabled property services provider, seeks an Account Director to guide strategic vision within the Commercial department. This remote role supports Account Management, collaborates across Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation, and focuses on growth opportunities and client satisfaction.

Travel up to 25% is required; you will manage accounts, upsell, monitor KPI, and ensure projects stay on budget while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management, sales, or customer success.
• Experience with property management is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM software and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Field Ops, Centralized Services, Product, and Implementation to align projects with client needs.
• Understand client portfolios and tailor growth strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications and relationships.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to shape growth plans.
• Lead client retention and ensure service excellence within budgets.
• Document client interactions and growth metrics for strategic direction.
• Achieve or exceed account growth and upsell targets.
• Assist with budget management and unforeseen-cost adjustments.
• Solicit client feedback on satisfaction and service needs.
• Monitor and report client KPIs and success metrics.
