Job summary

Magnite, the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform, seeks a Senior Account Director to drive revenue growth across midwest Independent Agencies. You will manage relationships with agencies, executives, and buyers to expand partnerships and increase Magnite’s share across CTV, online video, display and audio.

You will build a robust pipeline, conduct strategic client meetings, and collaborate with sales leadership to plan territory expansion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / agency experience within online advertising.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• An experienced sales hunter with a proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals leveraging an extensive network of Independent Agency contacts in Chicago and the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of agency-based opportunities.
• Understand, build/deepen, and manage relationships with independent advertising agencies in the Midwest to increase market share across a diverse portfolio.
• Work with C-suite, investment leads and buyers to expand Magnite relationships and spending.
• Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Secure, conduct and win client meetings and manage them from initiation to close.
