Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an emerging team leader to support and manage defined workstreams, serve as a day-to-day client contact on projects, and help translate business priorities into communications plans.

You will guide junior team members, partner with senior account leaders on strategy and decision-making, and oversee staffing, scope and budgets while driving account growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare public relations and/or communications.
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build strong day-to-day client relationships and provide counsel on defined projects with support from senior account leaders.
• Manage defined workstreams across portfolio, pipeline and unbranded disease awareness initiatives.
• Develop communications strategies and plans aligning business priorities with rare-disease stakeholders.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and approvals, anticipating needs and escalating issues at the right time.
• Draft and review client materials including plans, messaging, and executive content.
• Mentor junior team members with delegation, coaching, and feedback.
