Magnite, the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform, is seeking a Senior Account Director, Independent Demand Facilitation in Chicago with remote flexibility. You will drive revenue growth across leading Independent Agencies in the Midwest, managing a diverse portfolio and expanding partnerships through strategic account planning and proactive business development.

The role requires 6+ years in adtech sales, a strong network in the Midwest, and a proven hunter mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of adtech sales or agency experience in online advertising/programmatic media.
• Experience leveraging an extensive network of Independent Agency contacts in Chicago and the Midwest.
• Proven track record delivering and exceeding revenue goals.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of agency opportunities.
• Deepen relationships with independent agencies to expand market share in the Midwest.
• Engage with C-suite, investment leads, and buyers to expand Magnite relationships and spend.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead client prospect meetings from initiation to close.
• Articulate Magnite's value proposition to drive partner engagement and ROI.
