Job summary

J.S. Held LLC is seeking an Accident Reconstruction Engineer to lead project work, investigations, and client engagement.

You will mentor engineers, pursue new business, and occasionally present findings to clients and peers in a fast-paced consulting environment. Ideal candidates have a strong interest in accident reconstruction, experience with testifying, and a willingness to travel across the United States.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing teams is preferred.
• Foundation of testifying experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage accident reconstruction projects and clients.
• Conduct unbiased field investigations and testing of incidents and/or loss events.
• Provide technical findings, analysis, and conclusions in laymen’s terms, verbally or in writing.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Travel for inspections, field work, marketing, and business development.
• Maintain communication with client and project team on status and scope of assigned projects.
