Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• PhD is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years post-academic engineering experience; 10+ preferred.
• ACTAR certification preferred.
• Professional engineering licensure or eligibility to obtain is preferred.
• Foundation of testifying experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in technical reports is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering projects and project teams of engineers, scientists, and technicians.
• Conduct unbiased field investigations and testing of incidents and loss events.
• Investigate and analyze biomechanical and injury-related aspects of engineering projects.
• Provide technical findings in writing or verbally in laymen's terms.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Travel for client meetings, field work, marketing, and business development.
• Maintain communication with client and project team on status and scope of projects.
