J.S. Held LLC is seeking an Accident Reconstruction Engineer to lead reconstruction projects and cultivate client relationships across the United States. The role blends technical engineering duties with opportunity development, mentoring junior engineers, and occasional client presentations.

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in accident reconstruction, a background in expert testimony, and a willingness to travel to various sites. Remote work is possible with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accident reconstruction projects and clients.
• Conduct unbiased field investigations and testing of incidents and loss events.
• Provide technical findings and conclusions, in writing or verbally, in laymen’s terms.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
• Travel for inspections, field work, marketing, and business development.
• Maintain communication with client and project team on status and scope.
