Qualifications

• 10+ years interfacing with graduate-level academic institutions.
• Expertise in admissions, enrollment, registration, and bursar operations at major universities.
• Working knowledge of program management principles.
• Experience with curriculum or lesson plan development, analysis, improvement and assessment.
• Familiarity with pedagogical methods for higher education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with academic institutions on graduate admissions, enrollment, registration and bursar operations.
• Coordinate and manage academic program activities in line with institutional standards and Garrett Group objectives.
• Support development, review and refinement of lesson plans and curriculum materials.
• Conduct analysis and continuous improvement of educational programs using pedagogical methods.
• Assess course and program effectiveness through structured evaluation techniques and recommend enhancements.
