Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate admissions staff toward enrollment goals.
• Oversee Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions Specialists and coordinate recruitment plans.
• Manage recruitment territories with emphasis on graduate recruitment.
• Collaborate with Student Engagement, Residence Life, and Athletics for recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with university recruitment goals and service standards.
• Travel during peak recruitment months to engage prospective students.
