The University of Texas at Austin's Department of Design seeks a Senior Academic Program Coordinator to support its undergraduate and graduate programs. You will manage curriculum administration, program operations, and student support, working with the Department Chair, Associate Chair, and faculty committees to ensure timely approvals and accurate records.

This exempt, 40-hour/week role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in academic administration or related fields;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years in academic administration, marketing, or event coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with graduate programs and curriculum processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate undergraduate and graduate program administration with Program Heads and faculty committees.
• Manage curriculum catalog updates, submissions, and assessments for accreditation and reporting.
• Administer graduate admissions processes, communications, and student progression tracking.
• Serve as primary administrative contact for current and prospective graduate students and scholarship/funding programs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; ensure compliance with university policies.
