This role oversees advising initiatives, supports orientation and registration processes, and mentors the advising team while coordinating with faculty, Admissions, and program staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in academic advising, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum three years of direct student advising experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Senior Administrative Assistant.
• Provide leadership for advising and registration initiatives and orientation.
• Coordinate advising and registration periods and inform stakeholders.
• Consult with director on staffing for walk-in advising and registration targets.
• Mentor advising staff and participate in NACADA activities.
• Support degree clearance and act as the Manchester representative when needed.
