Job summary

Inspira Education Group in the United States seeks a Senior Academic Advisor to drive inbound enrollment from parents and students. You will own the student journey from first contact through enrollment, building trust and guiding families to the right programs.

You will lead consultative calls, collaborate with marketing, counseling, and finance, and leverage HubSpot to forecast revenue and manage pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment.
• Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+).
• Excellent communication skills with clear written and spoken presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative intro calls with parents and students to understand goals and recommend Inspira programs.
• Own the relationship from first touch through enrollment, building trust and guiding families.
• Follow up strategically to stay connected and help prospects decide to partner with Inspira.
