Job summary

Arizona State University is seeking an Academic Advisor 3 at the Polytechnic campus to support undergraduate and graduate students across the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering.

You will advise, refer to services, and help students explore degree options while maintaining records in multiple systems. The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience or equivalent, strong collaboration skills, and familiarity with PeopleSoft, DARS, iPOS, Google Suite and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in the relevant area; OR equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience using student information systems and degree audits (PeopleSoft, DARS, iPOS).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and customer service skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group academic advising to campus-based students supporting academic success and timely graduation.
• Refer students to ASU services (Health, Counseling, Fulton Career Center) as appropriate.
• Assist students in exploring degree options, study abroad, internships, and other opportunities; maintain accurate student records.
