Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ relevant experience or 9 years’ relevant experience without a degree.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred.
• Grants coordination experience highly desired.
• Experience interfacing with government customers to understand, interpret, and analyze requirements.
• Experience working on government contracts is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Author high quality deliverables such as standard operating procedures, project briefs, and status reports.
• Use data analysis to track project metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide context to discussions.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information.
• Gather and document requirements and explain them to stakeholders.
• Take high quality meeting notes.
• Manage communication, coordinate and track progress per project schedule.
• Document and support Risks, Issues and Actions, Lessons Learned, and Process Improvements.
• Lead version control and maintain repositories in Teams/SharePoint.
• Ensure project remains compliant with policy, processes, and guidelines.
• Interface with end users, IT support, client services; manage changes across multiple projects.
