Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to support Affordable Care Act initiatives. You will work with CMS stakeholders, draft SOPs and briefs, and manage the project schedule, risks, and issues with a methodical, data-informed approach.

This customer-facing role requires strong written and verbal communication, independent work habits, and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent OR 4 years' relevant experience in lieu of degree. Master's Degree preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred
• Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the US for at least the last 3 years.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote
• Excellent SharePoint skills
• Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders
• Meticulous documentation and follow-up
• Solid analytical skills using SharePoint and Excel for reporting
• Experience interfacing with government customers on contracts is strongly desired
• Grants coordination experience highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Author high quality deliverables such as standard operating procedures, project briefs, and status reports
• Use data analysis to track project metrics and identify bottlenecks
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information
• Gather and document requirements and explain them to stakeholders
• Take high quality meeting notes
• Manage communication and track progress according to the project schedule
• Document and support Risks, Issues, Actions, Lessons Learned, and Process Improvements
• Maintain an organized repository of project information on Teams and SharePoint and lead version control
• Ensure project remains compliant with all policy, processes, and guidelines
• Lead teams to anticipate and manage changes across multiple projects
• Lead relatively small proposals or assist with major proposals for new business
