Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years’ relevant experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 9 years’ relevant experience without a degree.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred.
• Grants coordination experience highly desired.
• Experience interfacing with government customers to understand, interpret, and analyze requirements.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills; problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Author SOPs, project briefs, and status reports that are clear, concise, and professional.
• Use data analysis to track project metrics, identify bottlenecks, and add context to discussions.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information.
• Gather and document requirements; explain them to stakeholders and seek feedback.
• Take high quality meeting notes.
• Manage communication and track progress per project schedule.
• Document risks, issues, actions, lessons learned, and process improvements.
• Lead version control on SharePoint and Teams sites.
• Ensure project complies with policies, processes, and guidelines.
• Interface with end users, IT support, and client services.
