ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks a Project Coordinator to organize ACA-related initiatives. You will produce SOPs, briefs, and status reports, and apply data analytics to monitor project performance with a focus on accuracy and resilience.

You will gather requirements, document risks and issues, take precise meeting notes, and coordinate with IT, client services, and end users while ensuring compliance with policy and contractual guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience or 9 years’ relevant experience without a degree.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred
• Grants coordination experience highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Author high quality deliverables such as SOPs, briefs, and status reports.
• Use data analysis to track project metrics and identify bottlenecks.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information.
• Gather and document requirements and explain them to stakeholders.
• Take high quality meeting notes.
• Manage communication and track progress per project schedule.
• Document and support Risks, Issues, Actions, and Lessons Learned.
• Lead version control on internal Teams channels and SharePoint sites.
• Ensure project remains compliant with policies and guidelines.
• Interface with all affected teams and stakeholders.
