Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a meticulous Project Coordinator to oversee ACA-related initiatives. You will work with CMS stakeholders, document requirements, track risks and deliverables, and produce clear SOPs, briefs, and reports.

You should have strong writing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with limited guidance. Familiarity with data analytics and MS Project/SharePoint is a plus; federal contracting experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s Degree preferred; PMP/CAPM/Scrum Master preferred

Responsibilities

• Author SOPs, project briefs, and status reports.
• Use data analysis to track project metrics and bottlenecks.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information.
• Gather and document requirements and explain to stakeholders.
• Take high-quality meeting notes.
• Manage communications and track progress per project schedule.
• Document and support Risks, Issues, Actions, Lessons Learned, and Process Improvements.
• Maintain organized repositories on Teams/SharePoint and lead version control.
• Ensure project remains compliant with policies and guidelines.
• Interface with end users, IT, client services; coordinate changes across projects.
• Lead proposals or assist with major proposals as needed.
• Serve as primary or assistant technical/management representative when required.
