Job summary

ASM Research seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator to drive ACA-related initiatives with CMS stakeholders. You will craft SOPs, briefs, and performance reports, tracking risks, issues, and actions with strong writing and data analytics to reveal trends.

The role emphasizes independent work, clear communication, and proactive process improvements. The candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience (or 9 years without a degree), MS Office expertise, and a US passport/residency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent OR 4 years' relevant experience in lieu of degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience or 9 years' relevant experience without a degree.
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the US for at least the last 3 years.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.

Responsibilities

• Author high quality deliverables such as standard operating procedures, project briefs, and status reports.
• Use data analysis to track project metrics, identify bottlenecks, and add context to discussions to briefs.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and organize information.
• Gather and document requirements. Explain them to stakeholders and seek feedback.
• Take high quality meeting notes.
• Manage communication, coordinate and track the progress and performance of tasks according to the project schedule.
• Document and proactively support project Risks, Issues and Actions, Lessons Learned, and Process Improvements
• Maintain an organized repository of project information and data on the internal Teams channels and SharePoint sites and external SharePoint sites. Lead version control.
• Ensure project remains compliant with all policy, processes, and guidelines.
• Communication with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, IT support, and client services.
• Lead team members and stakeholders to anticipate and manage changes to multiple projects.
• Drive innovation and work proactively.
• Participate in configuration management of deliverables and orchestrate early or on time quality and trackable submissions.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
• May be responsible for acquiring follow-on business… by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
• May serve as the primary or assistant technical and management representative for the company, customer, and senior leadership.
