Lockton Companies is seeking an IAS Consultant to support the Integrated Absence Solutions Practice in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on absence management, regulatory compliance, and program implementation for diverse client needs.

The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of absence management or HR consulting experience, with strong data-driven design skills and the ability to lead multi-project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources consulting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA).
• Ability to make plan design recommendations based on data for life, STD, LTD and AD&D.
• Able to present IAS Benchmarking Deliverable to clients and support junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess absence management needs and recommend customized solutions.
• Provide guidance on FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations.
• Lead implementation of integrated absence management programs for clients.
• Oversee administration of absence programs including tracking, compliance, and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Analyze program performance data and present reports with actionable insights.
• Identify risks and implement sustainable solutions for client programs.
