Lockton Companies LLC is seeking an IAS Consultant to provide technical and operational support within Integrated Absence Solutions Practice. You will leverage life and disability benefits experience, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on guiding clients on absence regulations, leading implementations, and optimizing programs while collaborating with internal teams and vendors for high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years in absence management, benefits administration, or HR consulting.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA and state/local leave regulations.
• Data-driven plan design recommendations for life, STD, LTD and AD&D.
• Experience presenting benchmarking deliverables to clients.
• Proven multi-project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/absence systems.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess absence management needs and recommend solutions.
• Provide guidance on federal, state, and local leave regulations (FMLA/ADA).
• Lead integrated absence management program implementations and align with client objectives.
• Oversee administration of absence programs including tracking and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure program quality.
• Monitor regulatory changes and inform clients of potential impacts.
• Identify risks and develop sustainable solutions.
• Prepare and present client reports with key metrics and recommendations.
• Build long-term client relationships and support retention.
