Job summary

Enablon is seeking a North America ABM Marketing Manager to execute, optimize, and scale account-based marketing programs and demand generation campaigns across targeted enterprise accounts. You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Digital teams to drive pipeline and expand key accounts in North America.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B marketing with ABM or demand gen, proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, and a Bachelor’s in Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with ABM or demand gen focus.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns that create pipeline and grow accounts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute ABM programs (1:few and 1:many) aligned to sales priorities.
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, and paid media.
• Own campaign performance and optimize for pipeline and revenue impact.
