Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing professional to build ABM programs and drive account growth across industrial markets. You will collaborate with Sales and Business Development and create tailored content for technical audiences.

Responsibilities include developing assets, leveraging CRM data, gathering Voice of Customer insights, and staying ahead of automation and manufacturing trends. This role offers growth, training, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing including 3+ years ABM experience.
• Experience marketing to industrial automation, manufacturing, controls engineering, or related markets.
• Strong writing skills for technical B2B audiences.
• Experience supporting global accounts and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead ABM programs for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to identify growth opportunities.
• Create engaging content and account-specific messaging.
• Use CRM and engagement data to measure pipeline impact.
• Develop assets such as emails, landing pages, sales enablement materials, and case studies.
• Lead Voice of Customer programs and collect account insights.
• Turn insights into stronger positioning and growth strategies.
• Share practical recommendations with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
• Stay current on industrial automation and market trends.
• Be an ambassador of our Core Values and team development.
