Vasion is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to scale ABM across priority verticals, partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to convert account engagement into pipeline. This role centers on strategic ABM execution and data‑driven growth.

You will own multi‑channel campaigns, build dashboards, and mentor teammates, serving as a strategic partner to Sales and leadership while staying ahead of ABM technology trends.

Competenze

• 7+ years in B2B or SaaS demand generation or growth marketing with hands‑on ABM activation
• Experience running vertical marketing campaigns and multi‑channel programs (email, paid media, CPL)
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into campaigns and pipeline growth
• Proven ability to partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and other teams

Mansioni

• Lead ABM strategy and activation across priority verticals in collaboration with Sales
• Build and run vertical-specific campaigns grounded in persona and segment knowledge
• Own the campaign calendar and briefing process for assigned verticals, sequencing programs for pipeline needs
• Develop dashboards connecting activity to pipeline and revenue; use data to optimize performance
• Mentor teammates and act as a senior SME on ABM and sales practices
• Present strategic viewpoints and frameworks to senior leadership
