Responsabilités

• Lead ABL origination efforts with middle market and commercial clients.
• Acquire referrals from clients, investors, and banking partners; manage relationships.
• Negotiate terms and structure transactions within credit policy guidelines.
• Analyze financial statements and conduct underwriting for ABL transactions.
• Administer loan portfolios and ensure ongoing compliance with terms.
• Cross-sell Treasury, FX, and other bank products to deepen client relationships.
• Identify potential loan markets and develop client prospects.
• Advise management on external factors affecting lending policies and regulations.
• Manage and mentor a team of relationship managers and support staff.
• Coordinate back-office resources to deliver full-service client solutions.
