Responsabilités

• Lead ABL origination by developing new relationships with middle market and commercial clients; acquire referrals from clients, investors, and retail banking partners
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships; negotiate terms with borrowers and structure transactions within credit policy
• Analyze financial statements and underwriting duties across ABL; administer loan portfolios and ensure loan terms compliance
• Cross-sell Treasury, FX, and derivative products to deepen wallet share and client relationships
• Identify potential loan markets to develop prospects for commercial loans; advise on factors impacting lending policies and regulations
• Recommend and implement changes to policies and procedures based on market developments and regulatory changes
• Manage and lead a team of relationship managers; coordinate back-office resources to deliver full-service solutions
• Support other duties as required by senior management
