Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 10+ years in asset-based lending, sponsor lending, finance, or capital markets.
• Deep understanding of private equity-backed transactions and syndication processes.
• Ability to negotiate complex ABL structures and documentation.
• Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
• 12+ years in ABL/capital markets is preferred.
• Prior leadership or team management experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee sourcing and closing private equity owned ABL loans and participations in syndicated ABL.
• Lead and coach BDOs to ensure strong results and development.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligning with corporate goals and partnerships.
• Manage internal sponsor coverage, capital markets, credit, and product collaborations.
• Ensure disciplined credit, underwriting, and risk management in all deals.
• Foster strong internal and external relationships with sponsors, banks, and intermediaries.
