Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 8+ years in Asset-Based Lending with complex portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and supervise complex deals and portfolios within ABL.
• Monitor financial data, collateral trends and credit risk for early warning signs.
• Lead relationship management with borrowers and agent banks across large deals.
• Coordinate with third-party consultants and appraisers on collateral evaluations.
• Prepare portfolio reports and credit amendments, waivers and renewals timely.
• Present credit reviews to senior management and credit committees.
• Travel to client sites and participate in business development and cross-sell.
